CENTRAL COAST REGIONAL SHOW

OUR BEES ARE BACK AND COMING TO THE CENTRAL COAST REGIONAL SHOW!!!

Central Coast Beekeepers will have a stall at the Central Coast Regional Show. Come along and talk all things bees!

WHERE: Gosford Showground, Showground Road, Gosford, NSW 2250, Australia.

WHEN: Saturday 3 May 2025 at 9:00am - 6:00pm
Sunday 4 April 2025 at 9:00am - 4:00pm

TIME: 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

  • DAILY BEEKEEPING DEMONSTRATION PERFORMED SAFELY INSIDE THE BEEZEEBO

  • BEEKEEPING EDUCATIONAL DISPLAY

  • HONEY STRAIGHT FROM OUR CLUB APIARY AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE

  • BEEKEEPERS PRESENT WHO WILL LOVE TO SHARE THEIR BEEKEEPING KNOWLEDGE AND STORIES WITH YOU!

Club Apiary Honey Extraction

What to Bring:
  • Beekeeping suit and enclosed shoes if you wish to look in hives

  • Water to drink

HONEY EXTRACTION

WHEN: Saturday 12th April 2025

TIME: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

AUDIENCE: Members only

LOCATION: Club Apiary, Mount Penang Gardens

The club apiary located at Mount Penang Gardens, will be extracting honey from their hives on Sunday the 23rd of February 2025. If you are available to help, please come along!

This is a great opportunity for new beekeepers to look in the hives and learn how to extract honey. It also gives our more experienced beekeepers a chance to share their techniques and learn from others too.

  • To let us know you are coming and for further details, please email the apiary officer.

  • If you don't know where the apiary is, we can meet you at the Waterfall Cafe and direct you to the apiary. Please let us know that you'll need directions when you respond.

Club Roles

The positions for Events Officer, Equipment Officer and Assistant Secretary are still vacant on the ABACC club committee, and we would love to have you! You would be well supported and will be joining a group of like-minded people who have a passion for doing the best for our club and our bees.

So please put yourself out there and try an exciting new adventure!!
